This item really works as advertised. It is stretchable where it needs to be, and solid where it should be. Put some lube on it and stretch it onto the base of your already erect member and it will keep you hard for a long time while still allowing your fluids to function normally. It has a nice, high quality feel to it. Just wash it off with some soap and warm water and I think it'll last long time.
