Refund policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, BullRing products cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used. We take product safety and customer discretion seriously, and cannot restock or resell intimate items that have left our control.
That said, we stand behind the quality of every BullRing and will make things right if your item arrives defective or breaks unexpectedly.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your BullRing arrives damaged or becomes defective during initial use, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a clear description or photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost.
Sizing Issues
We understand that finding the perfect fit can vary. While we do not guarantee exchanges for sizing, we may offer a one-time replacement at our discretion if the product has not been used or opened.
