Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You have up to 36 hours after placing your order to review your confirmation email and contact us at [email protected] if you need to correct your shipping address or order details.
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging for your privacy.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other factors outside our control are not grounds for refund or cancellation once your package has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, it is considered in transit and under carrier responsibility. BullRingX cannot be held liable for shipping carrier delays or errors.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.

Allow 5 additional business days, as mis-scanned or delayed packages often arrive within that time.

If still missing after that period, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
We may, at our discretion:

File a carrier investigation and issue a replacement after the claim completes, or
-
Offer a paid replacement shipment immediately if you prefer not to wait for the carrier’s resolution.
If the original package later arrives, it must be returned or additional charges may apply.
Carrier Claims
If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are only issued after the carrier confirms loss or approves reimbursement. This process may take up to 14 business days.
Returned Packages
Orders returned to us as undeliverable or refused will incur a return shipping fee. Once received, you can choose to:

Have the package reshipped (reshipping fee applies), or

Receive a refund minus all shipping costs.
International Orders
BullRingX currently ships only within the United States.
